Low season: From Nov. 1st to Dec. 21 and from Jan. 6 to March 30
Middle season: From 31/03 to 30/04, from 05/05 to 21/05 (For Monaco Grand Prix ask for our rates) and from Oct. 1st to 31st.
High season: From 01/05 to 04/05, from 26/05 to 30/09 and during Christmas school vacations.

Deposit:
To secure your booking, a deposit of 30 % of the price of your stay, with a minimum of one night, is required.Alternatively, you may provide a creditcard number valid at the dates of your stay. (All major creditcards are accepted)
Reservations:
Reservations made by phone or e-mail without a creditcard number are guaranteed for 15 days to allow your deposit to arrive.
Cancellation:
Your deposit will be withheld or your creditcard charged with the amount of the deposit in case of cancellation less than 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
